If your news release is submitted prior to 1:00 p.m. ET on Monday through Friday, it will be transmitted to the media on the same day. If submitted later than 1:00 p.m. EST then it will be sent by 10.30 a.m. ET the next business day. You can also send your news release as far in advance as you’d like with a specified distribution date and time. ^ top | |

No, it is not possible to include attachments or images/logos etc. If you have images that you wish to make available to the media, we suggest you post these on your website and refer to the web address where the image can be found, as additional information within your media release. ^ top | |
No. PRBrandBuilder will only send your news release to reporters. It does not follow up on your announcement for you, nor can it provide a list of contacts for your own follow-up. ^ top | |

Your news release is reviewed by our staff to ensure it does not contain defamatory, slanderous, libelous or threatening content. News releases may be rejected for these reasons at PRBB’s discretion. No refunds will be given in these circumstances, however you can resubmit once you have revised content to meet PRBB’s standards. ^ top | |
PRBrandBuilder cannot guarantee that your news release will be used by the media. So much depends on how newsworthy your information is and what other news is breaking in the time you send your release. For example if you send your news release the same day as an event making headline news, you cannot expect excessive airplay. However, on quiet news days you may get significant exposure. ^ top | |
